At Partnership Health Center (PHC), we are proud to provide primary medical, dental and telehealth behavioral health services in Seeley Lake. We are grateful for recent community feedback indicating some uncertainty about services available in our Seeley Lake clinic, so we are taking steps to provide more information.
Primary Medical Care
Also known as family medicine, primary care is available for patients of all ages. A primary care provider is your go-to source for questions or concerns about any aspect of your health including preventative care, treatment, support, and guidance on next steps. If your medical need requires a specialist, our team will provide a referral and help ensure you are able to connect to the necessary level of care.
Primary medical services in Seeley Lake include vaccines, annual physicals, well-woman exams, well-child exams, skin biopsies, wound care and more. We also offer same-day appointments for urgent medical needs as available.
Dental Care
We provide comprehensive dental care in Seeley Lake, including exams, sealants, fluoride therapy, radiographs, routine cleaning, restorative fillings, nonsurgical periodontal therapy and more.
Telehealth Behavioral Health
Our telehealth behavioral health services support patients with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges and more. Our compassionate behavioral health providers are based in Missoula County and connect with patients through video or phone. Appointments can be accessed from the Seeley Lake clinic or anywhere a patient has reliable internet, including from the comfort of their own home.
Integrated Behavioral Health
We offer an integrated behavioral health model at all of our clinics, which means that every medical or dental appointment includes a brief assessment for behavioral health needs. If a patient expresses a desire for support, they can connect with a behavioral health clinician via telehealth on that same day. Whether a person has an ongoing concern, a small question, or anything in between, this model ensures patients have quick access to our behavioral health clinicians who will listen deeply and help you reach your health and wellness goals.
Access to Care, Regardless of Ability to Pay
Partnership Health Center is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization committed to ensuring that everyone in Missoula County has access to high-quality, affordable health care services. To support this mission, all of our services are available on a sliding-fee scale, and no one is denied care due to inability to pay or lack of insurance coverage.
