Dawson Community college honors Seeley Lake area students for academic achievement

Glendive, Montana, DCCC registrar Lane Holte has released the names of students who made the Dean's List during the spring semester of 2003.

Students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher are included in the Dean's List.

Ryan Plum, son of John and Dianna Plum of Seeley Lake , Monte McNally, son of Donald and Barbara McNally of Ovando, Brendan Banning, son of Tom and Brenda Banning of WhiteFish, and Laura Harthan, daughter of Phillip and Sandra Harthan of Kalispell were all academically outstanding members of DCC's spring semester Dean's List.

Back to School -Seeley Lake Elementary

Seeley Lake Elementary will host an open house on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 1988 from 1-6 p.m. There have been many new and exciting changes at the school to come and see during the open house.

School starts on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 1988. There has been a change in class times. Classes will now start at 8:25 a.m. and end at 3:10 p.m. Due to the change in starting time, some buses will now be running five minutes earlier than last year. The new Kozy Korner bus will start at 7:20 a.m. from Kozy Korner.

There will be two morning kindergarten sessions this year and we welcome Mrs. Debbi Caffrey to the staff. She will be teaching the second kindergarten along with Mrs. Kaye Aumaugher. Kindergarten classes will be dismissed at 11:45 a.m. We also welcome Mrs. Fran Hebnes to the staff this year as the second grade teacher. She is replacing Mrs. Debbie Ash, who has taken a leave of absence.
