Junior High saxophone player Tyler Stevenson (middle with the glasses) was "too cool" during the concert adding humor at the beginning and end of the Junior High Band concert. To open the concert he started playing a "Jingle Bells" solo without the rest of the band telling Music Director Janet Morgenstern "Don't worry, I've got this." During the band's final song "Bad Elf," he joined forces with other saxophone players, high schooler Zach Best (left) and sixth grader Trey Good, and interjected different Christmas songs than what the rest of the band was playing.
