Our Lady of Swan Valley Mission resumes summer-only Mass schedule

Swan Valley - Our Lady of Swan Valley Mission Church in Condon will be returning to a summer-only Mass schedule effective April 1.   Sunday Masses are temporarily suspended until the church resumes its summer schedule Memorial Day weekend (May 29) through Labor Day weekend (Sept. 4). 

While OLSV has been a mission of St. John Paul II Parish in Bigfork since 2015, it has been served by a priest from The Sycamore Tree Catholic Retreat Center in recent years. Starting May 29 the Sunday celebrant will be Father Nicetus Msinge, ALCP/OSS, the administrator at St. John Paul II.

Weekly COVID-19 update

As of March 28, there have been 272,454 cases of COVID-19 in Montana. There have been 1,418,865 doses of vaccines administered and 559,616 Montanans fully immunized. There are 401 active cases, 11,815 total hospitalizations with 32 active, 268,808 recoveries and 3,245 deaths in Montana due to COVID-19 complications. Missoula County has had 27,285 cases, 48 active cases, 27,036 recovered and 201 COVID-related deaths to date.

Free, drive-up COVID-19 testing, for those with symptoms or those who are a close contact to a positive case, is available at the Seeley Lake Community Foundation Parking Lot Tuesdays from 1-3 p.m. At-home tests are also available at no cost at the Seeley Lake Fire Department, 200 Firehouse Lane.
