SWAN VALLEY – The Hungry Bear Bar & Grill offered a complimentary Thanksgiving feast as a customer appreciation on Wednesday, Nov. 24. Owners Rick Medeiros and Debbie Urick cooked 160 pounds of turkey that fed nearly 100 people from 12 – 8 p.m.
Attendees included many locals from the Swan Valley and Seeley Lake as well as out-of-town visitors. The traditional turkey dinner included mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, rolls and finished with pumpkin pie.
Many said how much they appreciated it. While the dinner was free, donations were accepted.
Medeiros said, "It was a good turnout and good time."
