SEELEY LAKE – It is Homecoming week in the Seeley-Swan and the community is invited to come out and support the Blackhawks Friday, Oct. 15 and Saturday, Oct. 16.
Friday night the Blackhawks take to the field against Flint Creek at 7 p.m. Seniors will be recognized prior to the game. The Seeley Swan Boosters Club will also be offering a “bagged” barbecue at the football game, similar to last year. It will include a burger, bag of chips, cookie and a drink for $5.
Saturday morning the community is invited to attend the Homecoming Parade on Highway 83. The parade will start at 10 a.m. and travel from Cedar Lane south to Redwood Lane, north on Tamarack Drive to Airport Road ending at Seeley-Swan High School. Each class will have a float and community members are invited to participate in the parade as well. Contact SSHS to sign up, 406-677-2224.
Saturday night the Lady Blackhawks Varsity teams take on Hot Springs at 6 p.m. Homecoming royalty will also be named and seniors recognized at the game.
The Boosters will have Blackhawk logo wear available at the games. Come out and support the Blackhawks.
