Fire Department shares improvements with community

SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Fire Department opened up the Fire Hall and offered a barbecue to the community Saturday, Sept. 25. Community members had the chance to check out and learn about all the new equipment the department has acquired over the past few years and the children enjoyed checking out the ambulance and fire engines.

"It was a success," said EMS Lieutenant Rita Rossi. "People enjoyed the food, the community and learning what we have."

"It was a great opportunity to have the public come out and see all the new equipment the Chief has been getting us over the years and showcase some of the improvements to the fire house," said Captain John Homen. "It's been fun and a good turn out."
