Dean McGinnis of Polson selling fresh-squeezed lemonade with huckleberry syrup added along with alkaline water which he said brought out the fruit taste. He was one of 55 vendors at this year's Festival

Live music was played throughout the day by the band Silverado.
Games were offered at the Swan Lake Day Park to the youngsters in attendance at the Festival. Games to pick from were water gun fights, water balloon or bean bag toss and volleyball.
Breakfast was available to those who attended the Swan Lake Huckleberry Festival Saturday morning. The Swan Lake Chamber of Commerce and Community Club sponsored the festival.

SWAN LAKE - Residents and visitors alike enjoyed the 40th annual Swan Lake Huckleberry Festival Aug. 14. From the pancake breakfast and vendors to the games and Huckleberry baking contest, there was something for everyone. The event was sponsored by the Swan Lake Chamber of Commerce and Community Club. All of the proceeds from the event will be used to benefit the Swan Lake community.
There were more than 10 entries in this year's Huckleberry Baking Contest. This year's winners all for the 12 and older group:
1. Swan Lake Sweetie Pies group of ladies from Swan Lake with their Huckleberry Cheesecake.
2. Wendy Waiti from Swan Lake with her Huckleberry Lemon Cheesecake.
3. Heidi Van Diest from Helena with her Huckleberry Chocolate Pie Cake.
Winners in the youth 12 and under group:
1. Cooper Laslovich from Swan Lake with his Huckleberry Crumble.
2. McKenna Straub from Lolo with her Huckleberry Lemon Cake.
3. Breanna Straub from Lolo won with her Huckleberry Mini Pies.
