HOT SPRINGS – The Seeley-Swan Lady Blackhawks faced the Savage Heat on the road Sept. 24.
The Lady Blackhawks felt the heat in the first set falling 22-25. They fought their way back taking the next three sets 25-15, 25-20 and 25-17 to win the match.
Klaire Kovatch and Bethany Hoag led the Lady Blackhawks at the net with 11 and 10 kills respectively. Setters Aspen Conley and Jordan Johnson had 12 and 11 assists each while Ava Thornsberry had 3 aces. Kovatch led the team on the defense with 4 blocks and 6 digs.
The Lady Blackhawks have three matches this week starting at home Sept. 29 facing Clark Fork followed by Drummond Oct. 1 with JV starting at 5:30 p.m. They then head to Darby Oct. 3 with JV starting at 4:30 p.m. Check the Seeley-Swan High School Activities Facebook page for updates and live streaming of games.
