Artist demonstrations, May 23 and May 24

SEELEY LAKE – Gallery 83 will be hosting featured Lincoln painter Judy Johnson outside the gallery Saturday, May 23 starting at 11 a.m. Artists who have their work on display in the gallery will also be available to visit about their work.

The public is invited to come check it out at the south end of the Lazy Pine Mall this weekend. They are working on scheduling another painter for Sunday as well.

Seeley Lake Memorial Day Ceremony, May 25

SEELEY LAKE – The public is invited to attend a Memorial Day ceremony in Seeley Lake this Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 at 11 a.m. outside at the Seeley Lake Memorial Garden on Highway 83 just north of Seeley Lake.

The event is hosted by Veterans & Families of Seeley Lake and will honor service members that have passed. Arrive early as parking is limited. Attendees are encouraged to wear a face mask and social distance.

Weekly COVID-19 update

As of May 18, there are 470 cases of COVID-19 in Montana including 434 recoveries, 64 hospitalizations and 16 deaths due to COVID-19 complications. Missoula County has had 41 cases. There has been one death and 40 recoveries. There are currently no active cases.
