Music Galore VI – A Salute to America, May 14

SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley-Swan Mountain Bells, a local community handbell choir, invites you to enjoy an evening concert of Americana music performed by a variety of local talents Tuesday, May 14 at 7 p.m. in the Seeley-Swan High School Auditorium. The selections include patriotic songs, beloved American folk tunes, Barbershop and Bluegrass. The songs will be performed by local friends and neighbors. You’ll enjoy Bluegrass with banjo and guitar, a Barbershop ensemble, accordion, cello and percussion, piano duets and, of course, the Seeley-Swan Mountain Bells handbell choir.

Admission is free. Donations are appreciated.

Sewers and crafters invited to share space, May 15 and May 16

SEELEY LAKE - The Tamarack Quilt Guild welcomes area sewers and crafters, who need working space, to join the group from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 15 and May 16 at the Seeley Lake Community Hall. This is a great opportunity to work on their projects, to spread out and meet other sewers, quilters and crafters in the area at no cost.

For more information and/or to RSVP, please call Kris Gullikson at 406-241-1209. The RSVP is helpful because sometimes the hosts cook lunch for everyone and they need a head count.
