SWAN VALLEY - Dozens of volunteers gathered Dec. 22 to help install the new Swan Valley Community Ice Skating Rink in the arena north of the Swan Valley Community Hall on Highway 83. The Swan Valley Emergency Services Volunteer Fire Department flooded the 60 x 100 foot rink, a joint project spearheaded by the Swan Valley Community Foundation and Swan Valley Elementary School Parent Teacher Association.
