"It's a friends and family atmosphere," owner Cory Thompson said.

Manager Renita Ruth said that the local grocery store is one of the last to help customers carry their groceries to their car. "My big thing when we have new employees is customer service," Renita said. "Without the customers, you don't have a job. We're here for them."

Even the market's website emphasizes customer satisfaction, reading "Whether you're singing our praises or you have major concerns with our operation, we want to know about it."
