Hunting Season Ends with Harvest Up

Owen Hoag shot this 4X4 mule deer on "Classified Ridge" near Seeley Lake Nov. 12. He dropped it with a single shot from a 270 Winchester at 78 yards. He also got his cow elk Nov. 10 at 211 yards with a single shot. It was his first elk.

Ava Thornsberry shot this four point white-tailed deer in Condon with a 243 at 150 yards. This was her second deer.

Klayton Kovatch with his 5X6 whitetail shot at 280 yards with a 7mm-08 145 grain near Ovando. This is his third and nicest buck.

Twelve-year-old Trista Alexander with her second buck. She shot it Nov. 17 south of Seeley Lake with her custom .260 Remington. She dropped this 4X5 with one shot at 80 yards.
