Dwayne Dennis Forder 1944 ~ 2017

Swan Song

SWAN VALLEY - Dwayne Dennis Forder, 73, passed away June 18, 2017. He was born April 24, 1944 in Billings, Mont.

One of the most intelligent men we've ever known. He loved his family, friends and community. Dwayne gave all he had to everything he did, at his own pace, which we know wasn't very fast. He had a focus and vision and wrestled with it like a bulldogger with tenacity and determination. He was the voice of reason and a sense of fairness most didn't understand.

Dwayne saw no progress in anger and conflict, he had good life on his own terms. His love for Montana and family were strong.

He is survived by his wife Pam Forder; son Justin Forder; twin brother Wayne Forder and Dorothy; sister Conna Webber; granddaughters Taya and Sydney; Pam's daughter Colby Charlton, son Glen Jonientz, their children Arleigh, Maddox, Samantha and Brittney. There are so many relatives to mention. He loved them all.

Dwayne was a M.S.U. alumni. He loved packing in the mountains and logging with his team of horses.

There will be a Celebration of Life July 28, 2017 at Pam and Dwayne's on Cooney Creek Road in Condon. It would please him for all to gather, have a potluck, a few beers and let the bullshit fly.
