Senior Alex Bohlman leads her heat of the 100 prelims. Her time of 12.86 was the fastest in the prelims and set a personal record. She placed first in the finals.
Junior Logan Maughan leads with Senior Mitch Parcell on his heels in the 800 meter. The two finished first and second in the event.
Junior Cameron Haines clears the bar in the pole vault. Haines set a personal record and took second place with a 10 foot, 6 inch vault at the District 13-C meet.
Freshman Jayla Kauffman on her second lap of the 1600-meter. She finished in fourth place with a time of 7:08.22 and earned a spot at the divisional meet.
Sophomore Lane Mackie-Wendel heads to the sand in the long jump of the District 13C track meet. His jump of 17 feet, 8.25 inches earned him fifth and was a personal record.

FRENCHTOWN - The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks brought home both the Girls and Boys 13-C Championships from the district track meet May 12-13.
The Lady Blackhawks dominated the competition earning 225 points, nearly three times the points of second place Darby. The Boys also bested Darby for the championship though on a tighter margin, 154 to 113.
Thirteen Ladies and 12 Boys placed in the top five of individual events and will advance to the Western C Divisional this week. Both the Boys and Girls 400 and 1600 relays also advance, as the Blackhawks took first in all four races.
In addition to the relays, the Lady Blackhawks took home gold in eight individual events.
Alex Bohlman took the top spot in all five of her events including the 100, 200 and 400-meter as well as the high jump and javelin. Her throw of 134 feet, 6.5 inches was short of her personal record but broke the District 13-C meet record set by Bohlman in 2015.
Cera Strumpfer topped second place by a foot and a half in the pole vault clearing 9 feet, 6 inches. Strumpfer also advanced to the divisional in the javelin and 400-meter.
Ashley Miller advanced to the divisional in four events. She set a new personal record in the triple jump with a 33 foot, 10.75 inch jump and earned first place. Miller took third in the long jump and fourth in both the 100 and 300 hurdles.
Tessa Grimes earned first place with a new personal record of 33 feet, 1.5 inches in the shot put.
Logan Maughan was the Boys' top point earner. He placed first in the 800, second in the 1600, third in the 3200 and fourth in the 400-meter. His 800 and 1600 times were both personal records.
Gunner Sloan and Hunter Shelmerdine took home the Boys' other first places, Sloan in the shot put and Shelmerdine in the 400-meter. Shelmerdine also advanced in the 200 and triple jump.
The Blackhawks are back at Frenchtown this week for the Western C Divisional meet, May 18-19.
