Clearwater Montana Properties Donates to Non-Profits in the Seeley-Swan & Blackfoot Valleys
Since its founding in 1994, Clearwater Montana Properties has emphasized community-building as a key component of its company culture. Through its Charitable Giving Program, the company's 80 agents give back a portion of all real estate proceeds to the Montana communities in which they were earned. To date, the program has produced more than $427,000 in charitable donations to causes throughout the state, including more than $77,000 in 2016 alone.
"Being a positive force in our local communities is at the core of what we do," said Clearwater Broker Kevin Wetherell. "When you do business with us, you're also supporting the growth and development of the areas we serve."
The positive effects of the company's Charitable Giving Program were recently felt locally, as Clearwater Agents from our Seeley Lake and Swan Valley offices Kevin Wetherell, Robin Matthews-Barnes, Scott Kennedy, Carey Kanavel, Shaun Lewis, John Keller and Lacey McNutt, along with supporting staff members Twyla Johnson, Nikki Maloughney, Karen Castle and Shana Marx presented donations totaling $9,550 to local non-profit groups: Seeley Lake Senior Citizens, Seeley Lake ROCKS, Seeley Lake ATV Club, Seeley Lake Lions Club, Seeley Lake Food Bank, Seeley Lake Historical Society, Seeley Lake Community Hall, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Veterans & Families, Wilderness Sportsman's Club, Swan Valley Emergency Services, Swan Valley QRU, Swan Valley Community Foundation, Ovando School, Ovando Fire Department, Blackfoot Challenge and Lincoln QRU.
With 32 office locations throughout the region, it's not hard to see that the effects of Clearwater Montana Properties' generosity have been and will continue to be far-reaching and profound.
