Sixth-grade Eagle Wyatt Stout pulls ahead of his nearest competitor. Stout swept his events taking first in the 800m finishing in 2:45.31 and the 1600m finishing in 5:57.14.
FRENCHTOWN – Seeley Lake Elementary (SLE) and Potomac School started their track season with their first meet of the season in Frenchtown, April 11. Athletes from 12 schools participated in the Copper League Meet.

The Eagles brought 50 competitors to the first meet including nine athletes from Condon and one from Ovando. While several placed in the top six, many finished first place in their events.
In the girls field events, eighth-grader Bethany Hoag took first in the triple jump and fellow eighth-grader Emily Maughan took first in the discus.
