Goal: The goal for Arrowhead Condos, Timeshare and Rentals, (AOA) is to provide a rustic experience with the best in guest services. The top standard for Team AOA is unit cleanliness. Their motto is "Little Resort, Huge Hospitality."
History: The Arrowhead Condos were incorporated under Montana Interval Ownership established in November 1981. They are located next to the Double Arrow Lodge.
The Arrowhead Condos are timeshares, for a deeded week in perpetuity. Owners can join Resort Condominiums International and bank their week, trading spaces with other timeshare owners internationally.
The eight-condo units are available 50 weeks out of the year, with two weeks reserved for maintenance. The Arrowhead Owners Association (AOA) five-member board of directors oversees the timeshares.
Board member and Resort Manager Valerie Natale designed the AOA Condos logo in 2010. She said in the past five years they have added fire pits outside for the owners, granite counter tops in the kitchens, tile floors, new windows, sinks and light fixtures. During the Seeley Lake Woodstove Change out program, all eight fireplaces were replaced with EPA-approved stoves. They also remodeled the hot tub room with double glass doors to offer a view for users.
Products & Services: Each of the units sleeps six, has a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and electric barbeque grill. Units are fully furnished with two bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. All non-edibles are supplied including cleaning supplies, soap, toiletries and linens.
When guests arrive their first pot of coffee is provided. The units are decorated for major holidays and if a guest lets them know about something special in their life, Team AOA will chill wine glasses and have the wine waiting.
"It's Team AOA that makes this resort what it is. What we lack in a swimming pool, we make up in personal service," said Natale. "We provide the resort and the town provides the services."
There are timeshares available for new owners, AOA facilitates weekly rentals for owners if they have an open week from Friday-Friday and shorter-term rentals are also available when the condos are not occupied.
Ball caps, shirts and glasses with the AOA logo and motto are available for purchase.
