Pyramid Helps Celebrate Montana Forest Products Week

SEELEY LAKE – As a part of Montana Forest Products Week celebrations Oct. 16-22, the Flathead Valley Habitat for Humanity chapter will be hosting a Build Day in Kalispell Saturday, Oct. 22. All seven of the large sawmills donated bunks of lumber and plywood for this Habitat for Humanity home. Pyramid Mountain Lumber, Inc. provided siding material for the house.

Being opening day of hunting season, they are short of volunteers to help with the build. No building experience is needed and there will be lots of "on the job training."

If interested in helping to build a Montana-made home for an area family, RVSP to Angela Wells at awells@mt.gov. Transportation may be available.
