Attendees busted out the moves while the old jukebox played at the second annual sock hop to benefit the Seeley-Swan Community Food Bank, Oct. 7.
SEELEY LAKE - Attendees rock n' rolled at the Seeley-Swan Food Bank's (SSFB) second annual Sock Hop, Friday, Oct. 7. They enjoyed a spaghetti dinner, silent and live auction, and tunes from an old fashion jukebox all to help fight hunger in the valleys.
From January through September, the SSFB served 271 households and 695 individuals. Volunteers have put in 445 hours giving out nearly 13,700 pounds of food.
The organizers were happy with the turn out. They were thankful for those that attended and all the businesses and individuals who donated items for the auctions.
