SSHS Expansion on Target

SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Sewer District Board of directors will conduct a Public Hearing on the creation of sub-districts as provided for in Montana Code Annotated 7-13-2349. The purpose of sub-district creation, as outlined in the proposed resolution is to provide a framework to distribute assessments for Phase 1 of a 4 phase project. Phase 1 is valued at approximately $12,752,333. The proposed sub-districts are graphically displayed and legally described in attached Exhibits A & B respectively.

The District Board of Directors will conduct the hearing at a Public Meeting on Sept. 7, 2016 at 5:15 p.m., at the Missoula County Satellite Office Conference Room, 3360 Hwy 83 North, Seeley Lake, MT 59868.

Any person wishing to be heard on the matter may submit written or other materials to the Board of Directors and/or speak at the hearing. Written comments may be submitted in advance of the hearing to Seeley Lake Sewer District, P.O. Box 403, Seeley Lake, MT 59868.
