MISSOULA - The Missoula Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Missoula County Subdivision Regulations Chapter 8, entitled “Divisions of Land Exempt From Review Under MSPA (Montana Subdivision and Platting Act).”
The Board of County Commissioners public hearing on revisions to Chapter 8 (Subdivision Exemptions) is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 24 in Room B-14 of the County Administration Building, 199 W. Pine Street, Missoula.
The proposed changes may be obtained via the following web link: http://tinyurl.com/SRR-Ch8, and hard copies may be obtained at Missoula County Community and Planning Services (CAPS), 323 W. Alder Street. Comments are always welcomed and encouraged and may be made at the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. The first draft of these amendments was sent to agencies in March/April 2016, and the public release draft was sent out May 20. CAPS has worked with a variety of agencies and interested parties since that time to prepare a draft intended for the BCC hearing - dated July 28.
