Relationship Between Seeley Lake Elementary School and SLE Outside on Agenda for Next Board Meeting
SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Elementary (SLE) School Board of Trustees will be discussing the relationship between SLE and SLE Outside at their August board meeting, Aug. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the SLE computer lab. The public is invited to attend.
Seeley-Swan Community Food Bank Closed Fifth Tuesdays
SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley-Swan Community Food Bank will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 30. It will resume regular hours Tuesday, Sept. 6 from 12-4 p.m.
The food bank is open every Tuesday for the first four Tuesdays of the month. However due to the lack of volunteers, they are unable to staff the food bank when there are five Tuesdays in the month.

Shintangle! A Swan Valley Fundraiser
SWAN VALLEY - Swan Valley Connections is pleased to announce their Swan Valley Shintangle fundraiser Saturday, Aug. 20 at 6 p.m. at 33 Bar Ranch on Barber Creek Road in Condon. The event will feature music by the Moonshine Mountain Band and will raise funds for conservation programs in the Swan Valley. There will be a raffle, door prizes and lots of dancing!
Dinner tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased at Swan Valley Connections in Condon or online at SwanValleyConnections.org/Events through Aug. 16. Music only tickets will be available for purchase at the gate and are $20 for adults and free to children 12 and under.
The Swan Valley Shintangle will be held rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and flashlights. For details call 406-754-3137.
