SWAN VALLEY - Specialist E-4 Rincon R. Parcell, a resident of Condon and a 2006 graduate of the Seeley-Swan High School, graduated from U. S. Army Basic Training with the 4th Platoon, Echo Company, 3rd Battalion, 39 Infantry Regiment, FT Jackson, S.C. July 7. He immediately reported to FT Sill, Okla. for training as a Cannon (Artillery) Crew Member. After successfully completing this course, he will report to FT Benning, Ga. for Airborne (parachute) training.
