Seraphina Lynn Lewis Arroyo was born to Samantha and Marcos Arroyo in Lake Stevens, Wash. on Jan. 1. She was 8 pounds and 7 ounces. She was the first baby of the New Year in the Everett, Wash. area.

Seraphina's three-year-old sister Virginia, maternal grandparents Gary and Cheryl Lewis of Seeley Lake and paternal grandparents Judy and Genaro Arroyo of Texas, welcome her to the family.
