With the backdrop of Sunday Mountain, Joost Verboven was one of many Swan Valley residents who took to the new ice on Clearwater Lake Saturday, Nov. 28. Verboven confirmed the ice was more than four inches thick but advised skaters to follow the shoreline when going around the lake.
