Missoula County Growth Policy Available for Review

MISSOULA - The draft Missoula County Growth Policy is available for public and agency comment. The Missoula Consolidated Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on the Missoula County Growth Policy Update on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Missoula City Council Chambers, 140 W. Pine Street, Missoula, Mont. After the Planning Board has made a recommendation, the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on this item at a date yet to be determined.

This follows an extensive public process involving multiple opportunities for engagement. There have been three rounds of meetings throughout the county, visits to community councils, interviews and meetings with key stakeholders and agencies, regular project website updates, online questionnaires and solicitation of written comments.
