Goal: Founder and owner Jason Ayers' mission is to start with a client and end with a friend.

"It is easy to construct a building for a client. It is much harder to finish a project and have the customer be 100 percent satisfied and be your friend in the end. I feel we have been successful at that," said Ayers.

History: Ayers was raised around construction and building. His parents wanted him to go to school after high school. He chose building construction and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Ayers started Crescent Mountain Builders in 2010 after working for 15 years as a project manager for a large construction company in Missoula. He had a strong desire to own his own business and work more locally in Seeley Lake. After five years, Ayers has three full-time employees working for him on jobs across the western United States.

Products & Services: From remodels and finish carpentry, to building a start-to-finish custom home, Crescent Mountain Builders serves as the general contractor for it all. They have also contracted with Pella Windows and Doors as a certified window installer for the past five years.

Ayers said his biggest strengths are craftsmanship, integrity, maintaining a budget and staying on schedule.
