    SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks hosted the Twin Bridges Falcons Sept. 23. The Blackhawks defense came out strong forcing the Falcons to punt on their opening drive. When the Blackhawks offense couldn't move the ball either, the defenders came back with another big fourth down stop.     SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Elementary school flag football season started Sept. 13 with a rough game against Superior. After focusing on their defense, the team is getting better with every practice.     RONAN - The Seeley-Swan High School boys Cross Country team did well at their meet in Ronan, Mont. Thursday, Sept. 15. This meet marked the first time that we have had six boy runners compete on the team. It takes five runners to be considered a team when competing against AA, A and B schools.     KALISPELL – The Seeley-Swan High School Cross Country teams got their first chance to run on the State Cross Country course, Sept. 9 at the Flathead Invitational Meet at Rebecca Farm in Kalispell, Mont.     SEELEY LAKE – Siblings Damon and Dacia Loconte each started skating last year. This year, Damon played as a goalie for the Missoula Bruins Squirts for nine and 10-year-olds.
