    SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks and Lady Blackhawks hosted the Valley Christian Eagles Jan. 19 and the Drummond Trojans Jan. 20. Both the Boys and Girls easily brought down the Eagles with the final scores of 59-46 and 71-21. Avery Smith and Chance Johnson led the Blackhawks.     SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Nordic Team is setting the pace for a great season. Thirteen skiers participated in Glacier Glide 3K Skate Race in Whitefish Jan. 6.     The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks and Lady Blackhawks faced a pair of district foes last week. They hosted the Darby Tigers Jan. 12 and then traveled to take on the Pirates of Victor Jan. 13. The Boys traded shots with the Tigers early in the game and built a small lead by the half.     The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks and Lady Blackhawks took to the road after the holiday break to face Charlo Jan. 5 and Lincoln Jan. 6. The Boys had a strong showing against Charlo.     POTOMAC - Potomac School boys basketball team made it to the championship game against St. Joes Dec. 15. Head Coach Brad Hall said the Pioneers came away with a great year taking second in the league. A total of 20 Pioneers played this year and were divvied up between the A and B teams.     SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Elementary Eagles finished fifth in the Copper League this past week. While they had hoped to finish higher up in the tournament, Head Coach Brett Haines said the players played with a lot of heart, worked hard and improved a lot throughout the season.     The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks and Lady Blackhawks faced an uphill battle at home with Arlee Dec. 14 and took on Valley Christian on the road Dec. 15. A rough first quarter against the Arlee Scarlets left the Lady Blackhawks down 11 points.     The Seeley-Swan Blackhawks and Lady Blackhawks took on Big Fork and Clark Fork last week. Class B Big Fork outclassed both teams Dec. 5. While the Boys found success against the Clark Fork Mountain Cats, the Girls fell to the district foe Dec. 9.
