    SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Rural Fire District Board of Trustees approved the fire district 2015-2016 budget of just more than $255,500 at their meeting, Oct. 20. They also voted unanimously to give all employees a 2.5 percent raise. The budget committee presented a balanced budget to the board for approval.     SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Community Council (SLCC) finalized their proposal for safety improvements on Highway 83 and voted to submit it to the Missoula County Commissioners (MCC) for approval at their Oct. 12 meeting. The snow plowing on Grizzly Drive and the Missoula County Public Schools (MCPS) bond were also discussed.   • Funding Update and Hookup Surveys Completed

    SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Sewer District (SLSD) received an update on funding from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (RD). Managers also updated the board on the hookup surveys. District Managers met with RD and were told that the district did not receive funding from the 2014-2015 allocation.     SWAN VALLEY – The Swan Valley Regional Planning Committee discussed the Public Facilities and Services element at their meeting, Oct. 14. Discussion about services needed and wanted by the residents was followed by vocal opinions regarding land density in the plan.
