    SWAN VALLEY - The members of the Swan Valley Community Council voted to follow SVCC member Henry Westra’s matrix in which he compiled public comments suggesting changes or recommendations to the second Swan Valley Regional Plan Draft.     SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Sewer District Board discussed the future of the sewer district at its May 17 meeting after voters elected three new board members. In other business the board questioned legal fees due to a public information request and got an update on water testing.     SEELEY LAKE – The proposed ice rink and SLE's behavior health program dominated the discussion at the Seeley Lake Elementary School board meeting May 16. Contract negotiations are also complete and the board voted unanimously to retain the current staff.     MISSOULA – The Missoula County Commissioners discussed the road use agreement required by the Powell County Planning Board to add Evergreen Drive as a secondary haul route for the proposed Cottonwood Gravel Pit at their public hearing May 10.     MISSOULA - With the recent election of three new directors to the Seeley Lake Sewer District Board, Missoula County’s Chief Public Works Officer Greg Robertson suggested the county commissioners consider terminating the inter-local agreement between the county and the district at a county administrative public meeting May 10.     DEER LODGE - The Powell County Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a zoning variance request for a 61-lot subdivision named Swan Mountain Estates near the Seeley Lake Airport at the March 20 public hearing.
