SEELEY LAKE - A 19-year-old Missoula man was rescued from the Marshall Lake area Sunday, June 3. Two Bear Air rescue helicopter got him out after he was found by Seeley-Swan Search and Rescue (SSSAR) volunteers. The man was uninjured but may face criminal charges and be responsible for restitution costs from fires that were lit in his proximity. Having met as freshman in high school, they attribute their marriage success to their faith and belief that divorce was never an option. SEELEY LAKE - For the fourth year running, the Seeley Swan Pathfinder counted the Seeley Lake parade attendance by placing a camera on top of a Seeley Lake Rural Fire District truck in the parade. We counted 4,118 people lining the streets from the Filling Station parking lot on B Street to the end of the parade on Redwood Lane. Road Construction on Dunham Road SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Ranger District will be doing road construction on the Dunham Road (#4388) from the end of June through July 15. The contractor will be putting in culverts, creating delays of up to four hours during mid-day.
