    SEELEY LAKE – Seeley Lake resident Rusty Loomis was found guilty of five charges with Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) in Lewis and Clark County on Feb. 17. He was charged $1,635 in fines and his hunting, fishing and trapping privileges were suspended for two years.
