    SWAN VALLEY - Around 10 trunks participated in the second annual Trunk or Treat event at the Hungry Bear Steak House in Condon. There was also hot cider and music for attendees to enjoy.     MISSOULA – Hunter numbers through the west-central Montana wildlife check stations were down through the first two weekends of the big game hunting season. Hunter success held above average at the Anaconda and Darby stations and fell below average through Bonner.     Area residents experienced record-setting snowfall and temperatures over the weekend compared to recent history. According to Seeley Lake Ranger District, the snow depth measured at the District was 11 inches over the weekend.
