Most big game hunting for this season will come to an end with the closing of the Traditional Muzzleloader season on Dec. 18. On Monday, November 28, 2022, David Owen, loving husband, and father of four children, passed away at the age of 92. David was born in Madison, Wisconsin in March of 1930 to Gaylord and Frieda Owen. Roberta Sellner died peacefully at home on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022. She was born Feb. 22, 1941, in Bemidji, Minn., to Theodore and Dorothy Adams Preston. Roberta met the love of her life, Gordon Sellner, at a truck stop where she was cooking. She would joke that he dripped water on her burgers from showering in a room above the kitchen, and that's how they met. They became good friends and were married on Nov. 27, 1966. SWAN VALLEY - A Utah-based developer is going to have to go back to the drawing board after the Flathead National Forest rejected its initial plan to expand and upgrade the Holland Lake Lodge in Condon.
