The county elections office explained that the election was done by district not by precinct so the local results were not available.     SEELEY LAKE - At the Seeley Lake Community Council’s (SLCC) Nov. 16 meeting J.R. Reger announced his company plans to build a cell tower in Seeley Lake. Also at the meeting, Cathy Kahnle resigned her position on the council. Kahnle explained that due to an address change, she will no longer be eligible to sit on the SLCC.     MISSOULA - The Missoula County Public Schools' (MCPS) $70 million high school facilities bond passed in the Nov. 3 election by a margin of 0.84 percent based on the unofficial results as of Nov. 9.     SEELEY LAKE - The Seeley Lake Sewer District (SLSD) received an update on funding from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (RD).
