    SWAN VALLEY - The Swan Valley Elementary School (SVES) War Hawk basketball teams opened their season against the Hall Huskies Saturday, Jan. 7. The "A" squad had a comfortable win against Hall (54-32) and it was a close loss (16-24) for the "B" squad.     SWAN VALLEY - For the second time this year, the Warhawks failed to beat the scrappy Hall Huskies on the Warhawk’s home floor, losing by a score of 28 to 34. The “A” squad ended up 6 points short after holding a 14-point lead in the first half. The offense just couldn’t make the shots they needed to maintain a halftime lead of 22 to 10.     SWAN VALLEY - The Swan Valley Warhawks traveled to Avon to take on the Avon Elks Saturday, Jan. 16. The B squad came away with a nice win.     SWAN VALLEY - Swan Valley Elementary School (SVES) “A” and “B” squads dropped two games to the Hall Huskies Saturday as cold shooting and ball control left the local teams losing 33 to 8 for the “B” squad and 32 to 18 for the “A” squad.
