    POTOMAC – Thirteen Potomac athletes took to the track at the Meet of Champions (MOC), May 21 and set several new personal records and finished in the top three. Coach Beth Copenhaver said she was proud of the team and they had a great season where each student worked hard and improved.     SEELEY LAKE – It was another record-breaking year for the Seeley Lake Elementary Eagles track and field team. Not only was the school record book rewritten in several events, the eighth grade boys 4X400 set a new Meet of Champions (MOC) record May 21.     SEELEY LAKE - Over the 19 years of the Loon and Fish Festival, Bob Korn of Swan Valley's Kornutopia created and donated at least 100 bowls annually for the Food Bank Soup Bowl fundraiser. This raised more than $30,000 since its inception for the Seeley-Swan Community Food Bank.   • Counterfeit bill found circulating in Seeley Lake

    This counterfeit $50 bill was received by a Seeley Lake resident this past week. While at first glance it looks legitimate, closer inspection reveals several discrepancies with the main one being "Motion Picture Use Only" on the front and back. This isn't the first time this "funny money" has shown up at businesses in Montana - there were reports from Butte and Kalispell of $20 bills circulating.     SEELEY LAKE – Missoula County has 103 confirmed pertussis cases as of Tuesday, May 14. Cases have been reported across all ages, from infants to adults. There are 16 schools involved in this community-wide outbreak including Seeley-Swan High School. The duration of the outbreak means it is possible for people who were exposed earlier in the outbreak to be re-exposed.     OVANDO – A single-vehicle roll over on Highway 200 May 7 claimed the life of 19-year-old man from Browning. Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Inman said alcohol, speed and not wearing seatbelts were the major factors in the crash. No citations were issued.     SEELEY LAKE – Three men were involved in a single-vehicle rollover car accident May 5 around 8:15 p.m. on Golf View Drive near Double Arrow Golf Course.
