    SEELEY LAKE – This year's 22nd Annual Duck Race was no contest! Marcus Wehr's duck "Wade" took an early lead and never looked back. While the rest of the 399 ducks were close behind, many got hung up around logs upstream or stuck in slow moving eddies at the end.     SWAN VALLEY – The Swan Valley School board prioritized the list for facility security, safety and maintenance at their June 19 meeting. Topping the list was school safety and security closely followed by a water cooler and bottle filler for the main school and building insulation.     SEELEY LAKE – The Seeley Lake Rural Fire District Board approved their insurance policy and passed a preliminary budget at their June 18 meeting.
