    SEELEY LAKE - The Salmon Lake Highway Reconstruction project team presented proposed improvements to Highway 83 along the east side of Salmon Lake during two outreach meetings at the end of October.     MISSOULA COUNTY – Missoula County was among three counties statewide where voters passed an additional county-wide tax on recreational marijuana.
